Hallelujah Ministries was chartered as an Evangelistic and Missionary organization by John and Mary Squyres in 1986. The primary mission was to train disciples and prepare them for ministry. Since that time Brother and Sister Squyres have carried the gospel around the world. They have concentrated on Mexico and Guatemala in the last few years, along with serving as pastors in Conroe, Texas. During the interim from that charter until the present they have built, rebuilt or help build 61 churches in those two countries plus 42 houses and parsonages. They have traveled extensively both at home and abroad, preaching and teaching where the opportunity arose. They also founded Hallelujah Ministries Bible College, where they trained pastors and missionaries, as well as lay people. Brother John was pastor of a local church until 2006, when he resigned to devote his full time to writing. What We Believe We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, and that there is no way for a person to be saved except through Him. We believe in a triune God, manifested in the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. We believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God as it was originally written. We believe in the salvation by grace through faith.
